Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic and cilantro leaves.
  2. Put the cauliflower and broccoli in a food processor until it's thinly sliced.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and eat.
