Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil

A super easy 10-minute pasta dish with a flavorful cherry tomato and basil sauce.

  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves, chopped more for garnish
  • 8 oz pasta
  • sea salt & pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to instructions.

  2. Place 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and set to high heat.

  3. Add the garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until tomatoes burst.

  4. Once tomatoes burst, add the chopped basil leaves and balsamic vinegar and remove from heat.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve with pasta.
