Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread gluten-free or whole grain
  • 1 small ripe avocado or 1/2 large ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Remove pulp from avocado and mash with a fork.
  3. Add 1 tsp. of lime juice to avocado mash.
  4. Spread avocado mash on bread evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
