Healthy 3 Bean Salad

Super easy and healthy lentil, navy bean, and black bean salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 c cooked lentils
  • 1 c cooked navy beans
  • 1 c cooked black beans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp . lemon juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the red bell pepper and chop the parsley.
  2. Combine the lentils, navy beans, black beans, parsley, and red bell pepper into a bowl.
  3. Mix the olive oil together with the lemon juice and pour over the beans.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
