Super Easy Grilled Peach Salad
A delicious grilled peach salad with pine nuts and arugula!
1 tbsp lemon juice + 3 tbsp olive oil + 1/2 tsp brown mustard + 1 tsp agave
dash olive oil
sea salt and pepper to taste
Slice the peaches into thin slices.
Toast the pine nuts in a pan (about 2 minuteand remove from heat.
Brush the peaches with a little olive oil and set them on a hot grill (about 5 minutes on each side).
Serve the arugula salad with the toasted pine nuts and grilled peaches. Top with the vinaigrette.
