Pineapple and Avocado Vegan Wraps

Super healthy collard green wrap filled with pineapple, tomatoes, and avocado!

  • 4 collard greens stems chopped
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 avocados
  • dash sea salt


  1. Chop the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Mash the avocados to create a guacamole and add sea salt.
  3. Place 2 slices of tomato on collard green, one layer of guacamole, one slice of pineapple, and a layer of hummus.
  4. Wrap the collard green and eat.
