Gluten Free Veggie Pizza

Super easy recipe for gluten-free vegan pizza topped with arugula, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions!

Ingredients

  • 2 gluten free pizza crusts 255g
  • 1 1/2 c sliced organic baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 small organic yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 organic red onion
  • 1 small bunch organic arugula
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 oz jar of organic gluten free tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Chop yellow bell pepper and red onion into thin slices.
  3. Sauté the bell pepper, red onion, and portobello mushrooms with the olive oil for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 425°F and place pizza directly on the rack and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Top with fresh arugula and serve.
