Ingredients

  • 2 c organic sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 head organic red cabbage
  • 15 oz BPA-free can organic black beans
  • 1/2 head orange cauliflower
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 1 c chimichurri sauce
  • 2 1/2 oz organic spinach

Instructions

  1. Chop the red cabbage and orange cauliflower into slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with the Easy 5 Minute Chimichurri Sauce.
  3. Top with sliced avocado.
