So I know it’s been a while since my last post, a lot of new changes have happened last year and I’m pretty excited to see them take shape in 2017. I’m recommitting to myself to continue posting delicious easy recipes each week for you guys so I hope you like what’s about to come!
These Easy Pan-Roasted Potatoes are delicious and extremely easy to make. Normally potatoes are time-consuming, especially if you bake them. But since our goal here is to make easy recipes I am offering a side dish which is not only super simple to make but also very tasty. The best part? You only need 3 ingredients.
Not all potatoes are created equal so I recommend using medium starch potatoes (also called all-purpose) for this dish since they hold their texture pretty well and don’t necessarily lose their fluffiness. Some medium starch potato varieties are; Yellow Finn, Yukon Gold, or Wilja. In this recipe, I used Yellow Finn since I’m abroad in the Dominican Republic at the moment and it was the best variety I could find 😉
I chose to peel the potatoes for this recipe but you could definitely save some time and leave the skin on as well. You could also top it off with chopped parsley and grind some pepper on top to give it an extra zing. Since it’s such a versatile dish, you could really adjust it to your liking! This is definitely a dish that the whole family will love!
