Chipotle Cashew Cream
An amazing cashew cream infused with chipotle pepper!
- 2 c soaked raw cashews
- 1 c filtered water
- 1 chipotle pepper
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch sea salt
Drain soaked cashews
Blend cashews with 1 cup filtered water until smooth
Add chipotle and lime juice and blend again
Add 2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar and 1 pinch of sea salt to mixture and blend to form a creamy texture
