Simple and easy raw cauliflower and broccoli salad full of health benefits!
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp cilantro
Chop the onions, garlic and cilantro leaves.
Put the cauliflower and broccoli in a food processor until it's thinly sliced.
Mix all the ingredients together and eat.
